That is what I mean. To settle this, thats what it took..
Easier to do that than go to court and fight it for months legally.
MINE didn't get anything, no note, no money, no nothing but they still paid for the SPA to be released and the took Kodiaks relenting signature..
We went thru the some of the same crap over at C***. with some folks including the then CEO..what a jerk, after he did steal all that salary..with ASHER DILUTION..

Mr. Vanis knows what he is doing to clear debt and that was the ultimate goal..Anyways...

I hate the way it went down giving away 2m for nothing but they are gone for at least 6 months..
