Hi Orso12 ~ ttmasher gave it a try in his post #62185:

"From what I see the Filing took place on the fourth of April. The effective date was left blank, but it went on to state 21 days after the filing if not stated otherwise. So the 25th of April, would be my guess according to what I read. Interesting the effective date was left blank. So the 21 days comes into play, making it the 25th!!"
