PFNO has been a hard row to sow, so yeah not everything grows the way you want it and when you want, and the weather and pests can be unpredictable at times.
But like any good farmer, you don't just move the farm because the plants didn't grow one season or two seasons. If you know the soil is good and there's a cash crop awaiting, you do the hard labor.
