I am talking about small communication errors, or timing of PR's. I am no smarter than anyone else here. The Blog, as you guys are calling it has many mistakes and comes from someone that did littl or no DD. So if you "enjoy" poor communication, misleading statements, and a lack of basic knowledge, than I guess to enjoy, or be a short seller of the stock, all would be good...

I will also mention that some that did write articles, blogs, etc. Blasted the guy because the BLOG was so poorly written and misleading....

Good time to buy more because of guys like that and their short selling. I hope they get caught in a squeeze. I talked to BJ and they are aware of short sellers and the push to drop the stock. They will attempt to put a stop to it via surprises. They don't want to be controlled on the price end. If a stock has a normal graduation up and down, fine. But to have guys write poor misleading statements, publish them, and pass it off as good info is ludicrous.

Short selling unfortunately happens to all good companies and they just have to be wise about it. Look at what happened to Mannkind with 30M plus shares shorted at 4 bucks... Opened up at 8 and is now 6.5. They are upside down and trying to get it blower, it is almost too late..

ATHX needs to PR when it is the proper time. Like this time leading into the UC data, 1 month before while there are 5M + short shares is perfect for a partnership in Japan, and announce the start of phase II / III GVHD study and a heart study phase II...

ATHX does move a little slower, but only because they take so many steps that others dont...

Another suggestion was when updating the shelf registry, do it with the CC... Not seperately (on the same day) as a PR. Looking into it, but why not just mention it in the CC and make it very clear it is just being updated for Financial reason. (as they did on the PR)... Keep all opinion or data to yourself. Dont ever offer up an "OK" opinion.

I don't trust sale side Analyst, as we shouldn't because it is their job to sell...

For god sake... don't ever, say you think a study will be done sooner than possible... Say longer and go with the suprise! First thing you will here is that they have to be honest, well, guess what, honesty is too say you just don't know. Always, set the later date. It seems that retail investors and the companies get the short end of investing. (BIG MONEY) and funds, insiders (outside the company) get info, get to wait 45 days past end of quarter to announce their trade, and so many other advantages. The compnay itself is forced into a position as is the retail investor..

You really have to pound the short sellers at one point or another to keep them away from your company. Do it and they will stay away... Then you will have an avg. normal stock price. THere were a lot of funds that bought in the third quarter, and Sabby paid 4 a share. THey know something.. But amazingly shorts can drive it down 25% Just flat out corrupt and I have to learn to embrace it and use it to my advantage. I wish they would just remove it... Or put real rules on it..
