Still waiting for Exobox lawyers to produce documentation on the proposed merger so the shareholder's attorney can look it over and advise shareholders to endorse it or propose more favorable terms. The shareholder's attorney made contact with Exobox's CEO and attorney back in late February and we are still waiting for the very first piece of paper with details about the merger to come from Exobox. Mind you the shareholders may not know the fine print of the merger for some time, if ever. At this point the Shareholder's attourney will look at the documentation and advise shareholder's in general terms about the merits of the deal.
