...I said shares that were issued 6 months after paid for are eligible to have their restrictive legend removed...direct capital had a loan "come due" for $11,000...convertible into 1,100,000,000 shares...I believe that they converted them...they can only "hold" 4.99% of the OS at any given time so, yes, I think that most , if not all, of those shares were sold into the market place...1,421,000,000 shares have traded the past 3 and a half days...meanwhile the preferred shares convert 1 preferred to 45,000,000 commons...I'm not even trying to track that bullshit...yet...lOl...

Who's gonna tell on who...if they convert and hold more than 4.99% of the OS at any given time? ;)
