So TB you must have been at the hearing to get the info that fast. I made some calls, here's what I found out. The judge just decided to punt it to a jury, too lazy to read all that crap right now. She did give the plaintiffs lawyer a stern rebuke when he said they "won" the motion and said no they didn't, she was just letting the jury decide. Not a huge surprise.
She said it's still the statute of limitations issue and that's what the jury will vote on first to see if it goes any further. Still bad news for you guys, you can't win, you just lose at a later date. Now, back to work my break is up!
