The dilution is heavy as is the PR flow and in some cases it is warranted for growth. But you've got to back up the dilution with more than assets...the assets have to have serious revenue and ultimately profit growth that supports the purchases...FK hasn't made this case yet...just a couple of purchases, LOIs and a green fund ...want to see the 3 yr numbers that shows $100M in assets throwing off $50M in revenue and $10M in net profit. Even this phenomenal growth would be less than a penny a share profit at 1.12b outstanding. Even the momo crowd is having trouble getting a short term pop here with the enormous piles of stock layered in each week on the bid.
