Nothing would surprise me, but a R/S will really stun me at this point. I don't think its likely or necessary. We were are like a kite tied to the ground and now I think once this financing is complete we will rise quickly (and many will be caught off guard)
Shorters will use the warrants as before, but once that period is over, watch out. This stock is much more difficult than most and a PR could surprise us at any time too.
In terms of TRXC, they had to do the R/S with almost 240 million shares outstanding and they wanted to up lis and need more $$$. Where all the money has gone is really a mystery to me. They have raised more than 3times what we have and have little to show for it. They are not competition for us IMO, although they are competing for investor dollars. I don't think, just based on my limited technical/medical knowledge, that they will have an easier time selling Surgibot than they did with the Spyder System that they incorporated into it.
Our PPS will rise quickly.
