First you need a reason to put the ATMs out there. More retailers need to see the need of Bitcoin but right now all they see is extra IRS paperwork and the value of Bitcoin going haywire up and down. One could get sick watching the violent value fluctuations of Bitcoin. Need more stability. The problem with Bitcoin is you need more retailers jumping on the bandwagon saying they will accept Bitcoin. But the way it looks now is that ATM machines will be on the street corner BEFORE we even find out whether say many of your well known retailers will even accept Bitcoin. This is the cart before the horse mentality.
