Scotchy....the r/s happens this week....probably tomorrow ...it's in the sec ....would be nice if they could get to .01. Not so sure with a 20/1 r/s....and a short amount of time until deadline....but I'm in just to see.

The r/s is not to get it to .01, its for more borrowing power. No one will loan them money based on ther past history. Does no one do research.
