BRZL all shares given came back/renfro, can you imagine , anyone here, how big of deal this was to get done?

but renfro wanted it all and exclude all of us.

i have to say this below is ah good decision.

BRAZOS INTERNATIONAL EXPLORATION, INC. (OTCBB: BRZL), announced today that it has ended all agreements with Renfro Energy LLC effective August 19, 2011, and that the company will not move forward with the acquisition of Renfro Energy, LLC.

"All contracts, letters of intent, and acquisition documents that were signed have been cancelled as the company begins to look in a new direction," said Mr. Samuel Weiss, President of Brazos International Exploration Inc.

Effective August 16, 2011 James R. Renfro has resigned as a director of Brazos International Exploration Inc. and the company has agreed to end the services agreement that both parties entered into on May 28, 2010. Mr. Renfro and Renfro Holdings Inc have both agreed to transfer all 480,000,000 shares of the company's stock received through the services agreement back to the corporation.
