But the price does say 0.00099, which when multiplied by 30303030 shares, is $29999.99. So PEII is covering "legal fees" with shares, and in gratitude the creditor is just going to "forget" the 275000 initial debt? ... I'm skeptical I guess, but I hope you're right. And on some level it does make some sense considering the current share price, and the possible explosion everyone is waiting for.... I just hope I'm not convincing myself because I want to be convinced.
