Let's look at your post more closely.

You stated:

Why weren't the terms of the merger provided in the last press release - it wasn't a arms length negotiation - it was in the cozy confines of iEquity.

If the annual financial report isn't audited from SKTO - then there is a huge problem - and SKTO has been promising audited financials for many years.

Then there was:

I'm expecting strong revenue growth based on the company's previous performance in 2013. Once the merger is finalized there should be no reason this stock isn't trading above fifty cents.

What strong performance - the financials were a disaster from both SKTO and AEGY.

SKTO has already written off $12 million as bad debt and they have collected less than 1% of the AR - which they call revenue.

And about the benson videos:

The exposure on the "Getting Doug with High" show has been very encouraging. Doug Benson is clearly well-connected among celebrity stoners. The Pharmajanes.com advertisement banner and Monarch Vapes product placement on the high-profile show is testament to the behind-closed-doors efforts of Hollywoodman/chairman Kevin Allyn.

Monarch Vapes are nothing special - just one of a thousand produced in China.
