With IB, sometimes when I get on the trading execution chat and when a certain guy is working that day, he is calling the MM (NITE) and inquires about the fill. Usually as soon as the guy calls NITE, I get the overdue fill in a few seconds suddenly, even if I waited 5-6 minutes already before with no action. Pity is that not everybody calls the MM. Only very few support guys wanna do that. All in all sometimes I'm really freaking out at IB as well. Afterall it's the wild wild west where we trade. lol

I used to get good executions with them but for the last few months it has been horrible. Ever since they made me a platiinum customer. I don't want to be a platinum customer.

Aneritrade/TDA pretty good most of the time but really miss the basic command center streaming platform. Never a single issue with it before they discontinued and nice to be able to view 25+ positions all right there.

TOS has way too many blinking lights and Greek jargon for my liking and Trade Architect is a pos. All this talk about HFT/front running really makes me question how often the order entry in Trade Architect mysteriously times out, forcing me to re-enter everything all over again. Aside from the possible front-running, TDA is pretty good, lol.

Maybe I'll write a book:)
