the 310 number is to the public company i think,i spoke to some guy over there who gave me this guy michaels number it's 786-514-6512,he's the one who did the r/s,and who you need to talk to,i've tried calling him several times over the last few days with no return call,so i did the next best thing and contacted my broker and are having them pursue this matter for me,as i understand things...you get a 1000/1 r/s in the spark plug company and the same number of shares in the private company,so if you had 1000 shares originally you still will have a 1000 in the private company now,with your certificate being mailed to you...
