Who said the Markman dealt with the priority date or invalidity theories? I know how the legal system works.

Investors need to consider many parts of the investment, not just a Markman hearing eventually being held.

The cash balance and new priority date is an issue for potential/existing investors (not traders).

Overall market and sector are also getting beaten up today.
