Blowout, speaking for myself I get these ideas because current market cap is approx USD$50 mill (305 mill shares at 17c) presumably zero or close to zero cash and agreements with exepower and dope farm. No way it justies such a valuation. They need to raise $4 mill and those taking part will not be interested in investing at $50 mill valuation. I would say more like a $5 it 6 mill valuation post there investment. How do you get to $2 mill valuation pre capital raising? You conduct a 30 to 1 reverse split get it down to 10 mill shares at 20c gives you $2 mill. You then raise $4 mill at 20c a share.
