I see this as potentially being a long period of consolidation ((8 weeks) and steady slow drop in PPS till next CC. The immediate worse case scenerio would be R/S with the PPS in this price range and any slippage in progress toward ART (as in delays in studies due to whatever). This would give us a buying oppurtunity like we have not seen in a long time. I'm faily confident NS will keep his word and not R/S till company is ready for it. I also hope they are forthcoming with any glitches in study plans (eg: need to resubmit changes to change details in design, that sort of thing). So far management has done the right thing and not gone back on their word. Though at times they have been slow to let us common shareholders know whats up.
