I agree there. But the NT was also late. The 10K was due on 3 MAR. So the NT was due 4 MAR. The NT extends the due date by 15 days which means the late 10K should be due on 18 MAR.

Wrong market cap... My bad. I was following the large accelerated filing schedule. Maybe one day we'll have a market cap of $500M. That'd be nice.
