I disagree about using TDA as a litmus test as I have bought stock before that were on the chill and others who werent which I got a few such as TWWI only to see them banned from trading all together.TDA I stopped using as there were several stocks with no chill yet TD had a freeze on them for what ever reason they could never explain to me.
