This means no dilution and the calm before the storm....I kind of like it the way it is trading sideways in between the 52 week low and .03.... A bunch of big sharks are circling this one and there are going be some awesome action once they start coming in....I really think Cantor Fitzgerald are going to buy some big shares here. They are very familiar with the waste and recycling industry especially with all the regulations coming into play.
