OP--No PM, sorry to say. Just looking for the next PFNO run. Some on the board think it is going to be soon. The GXG listing might already be done, but there are other underlying reasons the PFNO transaction could take longer than we'd wish.
In my experience of such stock purchases or sales, ERGO will probably employ a market maker to keep the price down and buy the 3B PFNO retail shares over a month or two. So, I am not sure everything being touted about a huge rise in value on the board is accurate. Heck, they could be nibbling at 20MM shares each day now with a big finish in the PPS at the end after they've acquired a couple billions. But it could be longer than you'd like to hear.
Also, you might not realize it because you live in the US(?), but another reason for the delay in ERGO's purchase of PFNO might be because of the reset of the world monetary system by the IMF. All the currency valuations are going to pegged to gold again. So there is a lot of uncertainty right now in what specific valuations will become over the short term.
