Rechnerhand and all,

I don't mean to sound any scary alarms as HTM may have gotten a wonderful deal in the world's most productive geothermal field even after a huge decline.

But there are reasons for lots of questions. For instance, HTM repeated a longtime dream of selling steam to others instead of building a power plant themselves. Obviously RPG got no offers despite needing cash desperately near the edge of bankruptcy. Sure hope HTM has looked over everything thoroughly. They may still be doing DD before signing on the dotted line.
