Not sure about the king of the hill thing, just my understanding that if NITE comes in, even in the middle of your fill, and someone from the bid buying through NITE hits the ask, they're going to hit NITE before the rest of yours. I use Etrade, the usually use ETRF, but sometimes its NITE and sometimes CSTI.
