I don't think the 200 day SMA is significant for a company that's only been in existence for less than a year. The stock's on sale, IMO.

GWPH in Strong Short-Term Downtrend

This is the most oversold GW has been in the last six months as measured by the RSI. Looking for regression to the 18-day price SMA after downtrend line FD is broken. Current price target is between the lower BB and swing low on 27 Jan 14.
