How would the Judge approach this matter when the Gov. has shown inconsistency in their actions in trying to protect the taxpayer and the hedge funds are acting like 'piranhas' smelling blood. What appears here is a case of two 'contradictory' motivated parties and the interpretation of the law when it comes to legality and fairness.

You should take the time to clarify which hedge funds you are talking about. They have different motivations and court cases. Lumping them together seems a little lazy.
