"Dear Markray (RVBR) Marks:

Because we are sociopathic criminals who don't care how much we hurt our victims as long as we can turn a quick but dishonest rouble for ourselves, we're going to go for broke on this scam.

Not content with stealiing your money first time round, we would like to double dip. Because you showed yourself to be naive and gullible first time round when you fell for this palpably obvious criminal racket, we're betting that some of you are desperate enough to fall for the common ploy of making you pay money in the forlorn hope you will recoup some of your losses (in reality you'll never see a red cent, or more accurately one red kopek of your original money or the new money, of course).

And if you choose not to do this, let us know anyway so that we have your personal details for any new get-rich-quick scams we or our (literal) partners-in-crime operate in the future.

Thanks for being so greedy and gullible!

Sincerely,

Russian organized criminals behind RVBR scam"

I do hope the crooks do not receive any more funds. They're dangerous enough as it is.

Markray: Why doesn't your U.S. transfer agent know anything about this. How come you haven't made a filing indicating the dilution effect?
