There may be a tiny bit of merit to it. I once heard a story from someone who worked in the toy industry, and told me that they didn't bother doing patent's because they knew that the second their toys hit the market they would be copied by some company in China. Competition was so fierce that they needed total secrecy on products until launch. Whether that has any merit here...probably not. But there may be something to the secrecy. As soon as this hits the market we know all the big boys will be peeling it apart in their labs to make their own version. Hopefully the patent will be sound and the licensing play will work and there won't be any issues...and we'll all get filthy rich! Hopefully...
Of all the comments on this board, you pick this one as ridiculous? So many posts on this board is ridiculous. $30 price target by end of this year, talking about doubling shares to prevent anti hostile takeover, Jim Nelson selling shares is ok b/c its through a 10b-5 trading plan, more acquisitions will make this stock go to the moon, so on and so forth.....People on this board are delusional.
