That I agree with....

Only reason I said that is because 10 years ago George Bush set the initiative for everyone to have an electronic medical record by today.

IMHO if data breaches and lack of interoperability weren't hindering the process, then maybe we all would have a PHR today. There has just been too much that has gone wrong in the industry to see that 10 years later we have moved only a notch or two on a very high totem pole.
