In those "TONS" of documents you keep on about, did you include the proper documentation? You know what I mean don't you, the corporate minutes and resolutions representing a completed merger signed off by the lawyers representing both parties, the kind of documents required for a merger to be ratified? Heck even the corporate registry shows no merger taking place. We all know how your Demented Leader knows how to paper himself up when bankrupting a company and moving assets around, surely he knew what was needed for the merger to be legitimate.
