April 17th after hours would be a perfect time to release from conservatorship in my opinion. Friday the 18th is Good Friday and the stock market is closed. Christmas Eve after hours 2009 is when the Obama Administration announced they were giving fnma, fmcc an unlimited credit line to pick up toxic mortgages, whatever was needed for the next 3 years. Easter is all about new beginnings. We can all come back Monday April 20th and start a new beginning. It was surprising and sneaky before, so why not go ahead again and sneak in announcement of release after hours on the 17th?
I can see that, but before it happens, a scapegoat will be found. Watch and listen for news. They will slowly start picking at a goat who keeps bleeping to the press drawing attention to itself/themselves. Maybe Lockhart.
