i just made the yummiest dinner and my camera was upstairs so i didnt get pics, but i made some super thin cut chicken breasts, that i seasoned, lightly dusted with bisquick, sauteed in butter and a little garlic powder and Monterrey chicken season..

then made some mac and cheese with baco bits, garlic powder, and a little extra shredded cheddar. (forgot to put the dried parm cheese, darn it, but it as still yummy)

and the fun part is, for my bday, i asked for this little vegi peeler that makes like really long strands that look like pasta. so, i shredded zucchini and yellow squash, sauteed in light seasons and omg, we LOVED this dinner.
