If this investor somewhere on the internet covered his short position of let's say 500,000 shares of ERHC over the last few weeks the share price price should have gone up. When shorts cover, they buy shares and this normally forces the share price up. However the SP has hovered in the 5s over the several week. This just adds to th confusion of whether or not this investor was shorting ERHC and how many shares were involved.
