Exactly right it said in the PR they had already begun moving the manufacturing AND distribution to Dallas.
From the PR: "PBS Holding Inc. would like to announce the acquisition of all the exclusive rights, and technology, to manufacture AND distribute worldwide, this proprietary technology in converting the components of water (hydrogen/oxygen) to fuel. The Company has begun moving this Atlanta based manufacturing and distribution center to Dallaswhere it will be placed into and operate under the name Water To Fuel Technology Inc., a subsidiary of PBS Holding Inc." So now at least we understand the manufacturing AND distribution will be done by Water To Fuel Technology which is located in Dallas. I thought that was pretty clear in the PR above.
Also it did not say they were moving the people, nor did it say it was going to cost $30,000 to move the company. As matter of fact it said they were hiring 4 people to train how to build the HHO generators...so just in case anyone missed it this was from the last PR 7 days after the first announcement. From the PR: "Jim Cornell is currently in Dallas, training Mr. Reed along with 4 other employees on how to build all the HHO generators. Complete training will be finished in about 30 days. At that time Water To Fuel Technology Inc. will be the exclusive manufacturer AND worldwide distributor of all products currently being sold by FuelFromH2o Inc. Mr. Reed will be a tremendous asset to the Company as he brings a wealth of experience and management skills that will make this acquisition run and operate smoothly."
Ok so let's make sure we clear up the confusion for those that don't understand this. It did say in the PR: "that they would be the exclusive manufacturer AND worldwide distributor of all products currently being sold by Fuel From H2o." Now just so we completely understand it says worldwide, that is because they have distributors in other parts of the world, not just the USA. From the PR: "We currently have 10 distributors in the USA, along with 1 distributor in each of the following countries: Africa, Bolivia, Brazil, Italy, and the Dominican of Republic, Latin America." Once again it never said they that they are a distributor that would only distribute and not manufacture. But in fact they would manufacture AND distribute. Key word AND. MEANS THEY WILL DO BOTH. Words once again being said/added that was not in the PR's.
They never said it was in GA, but in Dallas. Why would someone keep saying it was in GA? Where in the PR does it say the company would stay in GA? Oh it does not say that anywhere. Next...
This 2nd PR was 7 days after the first PR in which they said they had already begun moving the company to Dallas. How many days had they already begun moving the company announced in the first PR? Lets say it was just 5 days. So that gave them 12 days to pack up and move to Dallas. Atlanta to Dallas is a one day drive. So yeah looks like that would be plenty of time to move the companies equipment to Dallas. Also remember in the 2nd PR it says, "Jim Cornell is currently in Dallas, training Mr. Reed along with 4 other employees on how to build all the HHO generators. Complete training will be finished in about 30 days." So he may have already been in Dallas 4-5 days before the 2nd PR was released, since it says" "Jim Cornell is currently in Dallas, training Mr. Reed along with 4 other employees on how to build all the HHO generators," which would lead me to believe maybe "the begun to move the company" in the PR was indeed they where already ON THE ROAD MOVING THE COMPANY.
Well at least they finally understand it is in Dallas. But I never said they would not let be go inside because of the TOXIC environment, once again adding something that was not said. Jim did not let me go inside the building because he did not want me to see how the units were being built. I can understand that and I'm sure most people would. He developed the technology and it is completely understandable he would be gaurded from just anyone off the street walking up to want to see how the units are being built. He did bring the 2 units they had built out for me to look at and answer my questions. That is all I wanted to know, is this deal for real.
Jim did indeed tell me we have all the manufacturing AND distribution rights. Meaning Water To Fuel Technology will build the units and send them out to the 15 distributors already selling the units. That indeed we do have purchase orders in hand worth close to about $3 million. And that the training will be finished in about 3 weeks. Here is what I do know. It is a real company, that has real products that will bring in revenue for us.
