CNES has the following now:

1) Momentum (HYPE)
2) FCC Approval
3) Volume
4) News letter March 7th
5) Rumor of deal by on or about the 15th of March ***
6) THE MOST IMPORTANT : Charts "GOLDEN CROSS"

That to me equals at least .016 by March 15th, if news of any merger/contract/letter of intent/sales or production the sky is the limit.
