Dilution at it's finest and nothing to show for it. With the AS being 10B and the last report showing the OS at the end of 2013 was 3.1B, it would be easy to think the OS is now closer to 8-9B. Watch for that next increase in the AS. I say it's going up to 20B. Very confident in that number.
