APRU Debt Restructuring still a Guess If they do have to file bankruptcy LVVV is just fine and TOTALLY aside from that liability. It will just take A Lot longer to see our return for Tony's hard work. NOTHING About that affects LVVV in a Negative way very Much it is a TINY Deal compared to the size of LVVV
There are A LOT of questions on the deal still & Through all the good or bad It's true Debt will matter alot for APRU as to how much the that Ticker is diluted as our asset value. However It has all been figured in By management and at the price LVVV is paying for APRU Bill got a Steal!! (like 95% below Market Price i think) And not without reason Bill and Tony have a Mess to clean up there and they seem to be working hard at it the reports were out like BAMM!!
Its One Heck of a Deal for LVVV Shareholders if we get it all sealed up. I Really hope to hear of that debt deal as well to get this happening. I have wondered and Blogged about that from the Start many weeks ago it will really seal this deal up a bit.
Even If APRU has to File Chapter 11. Which is a risk It is still No problem for LVVV because all of that is figured in here at our Fire Sale Share Price. and it will just take longer for THAT deal to close. and truthfully will likely be cheaper than paying off all the debtors anyways! Either Way LVVV Wins if You are LONG here.
The APRU deal is such a Small deal in the picture its 5 Million shares of our stock out of around 83 Million shares VERY SMALL Percentage & Only Around 5%-6% of total value of LVVV Like i said its a STEAL!! IN FACT We own part of those shares BACK through Owning APRU LOL Great deal!!! LVVV will make it into a good thing either way the debt goes i think!
Nothing has Changed LVVV is Still making Everything they did before and MORE now as we can see from Press releases so All this profit popping off are Local to LVVV.... At some point LVVV will be paying a "Middleman" with the APRU shell so LVVV can Manufacture for its Private labels and Wholesale clients through this new shell and also attempt all sorts of new products that once again LVVV will manufacture.
If the APRU deal closes LVVV will have some Nice Asset value from it right away..;-)Working through the Mess Bob Coor caused Has to be HUGE and Timely im sure & i dont see it closing overnight. Some people dont even think its possible... I believe in Bill and Tonys vision and although we can never know all the facts and just what they se there is a Wealth of Public information out there that shows the know what they are doing and they are in deed doing it!
