I'm curious now, that JB settled, if any of this will be included in financial filings since the shares were used to pay parties on behalf of JBII and services JBII received as a result????? They definitely were never accounted for properly in any filing.
This may indicate overall JBII is being quiet about everything associated with the business. Again, not all events appear to require a SEC report. This event will more than likely show up in the 10K.
Overall, the case's outcome did not have a major impact of the companies financial status.
I bet more interesting events that were not PRed will be in the 10K. JMO
The commission always reports the results. The hearing wasn't scheduled to start until 1:30 so to get the results that fast was pretty awesome. Was there a point you were trying to make?
