How can you say it's worth more than a 3mil market cap? I'm not saying you're wrong but what makes you think that? With my experience in e-commerce websites, the number of members you have really spells out the worth of the website/company. This is a starter company. Most companies building websites have heavy traffic flow and then start adding more merchants..not the other way around. I'm not suggesting this company is a scam but I think something smells fishy.
