so far seems to be people accumulating and watching, a few of the elements that seem to be lining up for taking a chance on this one appear to be:

Business Description
The company is currently in the process of merging with a suitable USA or a China based operating candidate in the similar industry as the issuer. There is no reverse split planned for the company, nor any toxic financing planned. The company has made available sufficient funds and resources available through its preferred shareholder, to be a vibrant and operational company.

We have for sale a clean SEC non reporting corporate shell (non shell status) with good prior operating history and debt in friendly hands. Essentially the co will have no liabilities once the new owner steps in.

the share structure is reasonable given the high interest and high volumes of many microcaps recently with ever larger share structures

apparently MONA is min@m@r controlled/owned? if so, given the recent
move into the MJ space of KNSC last week, which was at 0001x0002 when the news was announced (and subsequently moved to 0019 a day later, even with an apparently much larger share structure) makes it at least a possibility this might go into the same space as well.. especially given the demand for shells with all the new MJ startups happening right now.

Over the last 6 months the Company has been developing a media portal that will service the very lucrative marijuana industry. The portal is in its final stages of completion.
