Rosen, Preferred or common, I think it was settled some time ago that both are worthy of discussion here. Both are pretty much in the same boat and worthy of discussion as a group. Of course the preferreds have the liquidation priority, but both are equity positions. What effects the common will effect the preferreds, and more than likely the other way around too.

As I do, many of us hold both.
