No, the maturity date is April 15 and the conversion price will be determined in the ten trading days prior and then the shares will be issued
This round of selling would have been from previous conversions as well as profit taking, damage control and possible shorting imo
If interest and volume holds up in this stock I think we will see this trade in a range between .004 and .01 in between conversions taking place which would allow for some great trading opportunities un the near future
But substantial news can change any theory any of us might have
