Agreed , IMO Ed knows the impact of filing that form 144 , I believe he is about to balance that with some incredibly good news, VX and Icard1 are very good , but I think it's about to get even better.
Those shares at the current price come out to around $1.9 million. Not exactly going to make Ed rich compared to what he'll be worth in the future. He may decided to pay himself with some of that money and reinvest the rest in the company, travel expenses, office, etc. Like someone said, takes money to make money.
