My best estimate currently is around an actual 750 million O/S. For the sake of doing any forward estimates, I would use the full A/S of 1 billion to be conservative in the calculations. Kelly

As for O/S? No one knows. That is why some of us would like to see them file. In the grand scheme of things, this more than likely won't matter when it comes to PPS. Regardless if the company makes money or not, if more people buy than sell, we will move.
