Just once I would like to see a journalist ask a Sao Tome official some basic questions:

1) Are you excited about completing round 2 of this licensing round or is your country just looking for any excuse to attempt to stall and derail this licensing round?

2) Is your country really operating in good faith with the intention of being a good partner to Nigeria?

3) Are you concerned that you are getting some bad advice from some outside influences (Earth Institute and their team of lawyers) who might have ulterior motives which are not in the best interests of your country?
