I agree or it an addition to. Everyone needs to stop guessing and wait for info. I will add more since now they are preferred shares.

Smaller share structure less of a payout required. And if company really has been buying back shares lately then more than likely it was all the shares being traded by day traders and flippers. Leaving a lot higher percentage of shares locked up with the ones who have been holding.
