FINRA also processed the IMAG Group (fka Red Tide) spin-off dividend that was never issued or never even ready to be issued.

It's my understanding that PVEC could have used the previously announced "record date" when scheduling the Series C "gift distribution" through FINRA. If the company is changing it to a new future date, it is clearly trying to drive another run to absorb more dilution while defrauding those who bought shares based upon the previous press release in which the record date was announced to be 3/14/14.

Do not believe anything this company states. It has a nearly 2.5 year history of fantastical false and misleading statements ever since Peter Villiotis became Chairman and CEO in early November 2011.
