Yes they do, about 400 million shares since 2/20/2014, outstanding shares about 800 mil, Authorized 10 billion shares, Robber and Guzzler, the PCFG screw team directors have no problem selling all the way close to 10 bil shares and then a reverse split of at least 200 shares to 1, which becomes more likely as the number of outstanding shares increases
