I would agree with that nobody has been able to discern exactly who was buying on the run to .97 as far as I can tell.

Start with the parties that could possibly have orchestrated/hyped the jump? Retail investors could not have so remove them from the list. Who is left? Elite, Epic, LPC? Who benefitted the most? Many flippers did but they still could not have orchestrated the jump, imo.
